I finally got around to taking some infrared pictures. This one is from my second trip to Mühlwasser in Vienna.

-- If you're afraid of making waves, you will eventually drown.  Very nice IR pic; I like the reflection! Though some parts seem noisy, but maybe it's because of the post-processing...I don't know

Thanks. Yes, there is some noise in the image. That happens at low ISO settings too, if the shutter speed is very slow (several seconds in this case).

Why did you use these settings here? -- When we least expect it,Life sets us a challenge to test our courage and willingness to change;at such a moment there is no point in pretending that nothing has happened or saying that we are not ready.The Challenge will not wait.Life does not look back. Sure, higher ISO setting means more noise. That's why you should use a low ISO for shots with long exposure. I needed the long exposure, because the hot mirror (camera's internal IR blocking filter) doesn't let a lot of IR light pass. But if you remove it, you can't shoot normal color pictures anymore.
