I haven't seen many photos like this, so it's very original.
The technique used here is pretty good. Seeing how your macro is very good here.
The only thing I would probably change is the brightness, lessen it a tad bit and the saturation down a bit too. I think it will bring out the little trees so much better. Make them stick out there.
