I would like to start by saying I am very critical so my critiques will often be somewhat harsh. I do not mean to offend. To begin the infrared filter adds a tonne to the image and makes it stand out among other cliche waterfall photographs many other people have taken. The composition as far as the water goes is spot on with the rule of thirds. I would have liked to see the entire rock in the bottom if possible however. The usage of long exposure and what seems like high dynamic range adds to the effects which you have masterfully used to create your image.
